THE GAUGE The Gauge is Australia's First 6 Star As-Built Building. The water recycling system treats 10,000 litres/day of sewerage generated from the building's occupants everyday to class A standard. The treated water is then used to flush toilets throughout the building. |

WESTFIELD SYDNEY CITY - Centrepoint Tower The Westfield site is situated in the heart of Sydney, with the Centrepoint (Sydney) tower included in the development. The site boasts three commercial towers with 6 levels of retail podium. It is one of the few 5 Star mixed use sites in Australia.

ANZ HEADQUARTERS The ANZ building is situated in the Docklands precinct of Melbourne, it is the global headquarters for the ANZ bank. The building boasts the largest floor plate for any commercial office development in Australia. It is one of the few 6 star As-Built buildings in Australia, with a population of 6,500 office workers.

URBAN WORKSHOP - 50 Lonsdale Street The Urban Workshop is a 33-storey office tower housing tenants including the Victorian Governments' Department of Human Services and Sustainability Victoria. The treatment plant is the first in Australia to recycle sewage in a commercial building and collects 75% of the wastewater generated by the building and treats it using state of the art Membrane Bioreactor (MBR). The treated water is used to flush toilets within the building. WJP assisted in obtaining Smart Water funding for this project.

SOUTHERN CROSS REDEVELOPMENT BUILDING - 121 Exhibition Street Southern Cross Building is a 39-storey office tower housing tenants including the Victorian Governments' Department of Treasury and Finance & the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development. The treatment plant is the second in Australia to recycle sewage in a commercial building and collects 75% of the wastewater generated by the building and treats it using state of the art Membrane Bioreactor (MBR). The treated water is used to flush toilets within the building.

CBW CBW was awarded a 5 Star Rating from the Green Building Council of Australia. The accreditation was achieved due to green features including the treatment plant. This plant delivers 100,000 litres/day of treated water for reuse. The treatment process includes a Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR), Reverse Osmosis (RO) and chlorination. The treated water is used in the cooling tower top-up and for toilet flushing.

ROYAL MELBOURNE ZOO Walter J Pratt Pty Ltd were engaged to detail design, construct and commission a Recycled Water Treatment Plant to treat 1,050,000 litres/day of poor quality stormwater runoff, overflow from aquatic exhibits and leaking saltwater from the seal exhibit. The plant was developed in conjunction with AHW Consulting Engineers.

DIGITAL HARBOUR Digital Harbour Podium Building was awarded a 5 Star Rating from the Green Building Council of Australia. This water recycling system treats office wastewater and produces 15,000 litres/day of water to a quality better than the EPA Class A standard. The treatment process includes a Membrane Bio-Reactor and chlorination. The treated water is used for toilet flushing.

MELBOURNE UNIVERISITY - Economics and Commerce Building The combination of state of the art technology included in this plant exemplifies the way the WJP Solutions plants can be adapted to achieve outstanding water quality and fit for purpose. This plant delivers 32,000 litres/day of treated water for reuse. The treatment process includes a Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR), Reverse Osmosis (RO), UltraViolet disinfection (UV) and chlorination. The treated water is used in the cooling condensers and for toilet flushing. |
